- Complete the form with full name, email, and membership number.
- Our team validates identity and confirms the request by email.
- We process account closure and notify the outcome in the same email thread.
Deleted data and retained data
Deleted:
- Account profile and contact data linked to app access.
- Internal preference and usage metadata tied to the account.
- Open operational requests that can be closed with no legal retention duty.
May be temporarily retained:
- Billing, audit, or legal compliance records where required.
- Minimal transaction and support evidence for legal or contractual periods.
- Security technical traces for an additional period of up to 12 months.
Where retention is mandatory, data is restricted for compliance and then deleted or anonymized.
